HOA Simulator

Embezzle as much wealth as you can! But don't let your constituents get too angry, they need to reelect you!

Each month, you have 3 actions you can perform. You can ask for donations, which will raise the anger and anarchy of your citizens, but give you a chance at getting more money at the end of the month. You can perform acts of public service, which will lower the anger of your citizens depending on the amount you invest. You can yell at your citizens to lower the anarchy (but raise their anger). And finally, you can advance to the next month.

Every twelfth month, you will have to undergo reelection. The chance of your election is determined by the anger and anarchy of your neighborhood, however you can raise it with a little monetary grease. The game will end when you fail your election.
